Outside HBS, Stanford and Wharton, interviews are run by alumni, current students or admissions staff, and some interviewers have read your whole application while others have seen only your resume. The format decides what a strong answer sounds like.
We start from how your school runs its interview, then build your stories, your answers on goals and fit, and the questions you will ask, before mock interviews to practice.
